The Vintage L'Officiel Border Dress comes in a satin-like polyester in a deep navy with cascading cream scalloped spots creating a border along the hem and long sleeve cuffs. Featuring a long point collar and half placket chest which leads to a inverted box pleat on the front of the skirt. An elasticated waistline and detachable tie allows for a adjustable fit. Made in New Zealand.
